Dear President Pinera, how many international companies like Tata can Chile afford to lose/repel over the growing very public Codelco knee-capping hit job dragging out on TV (which sadly is now the litmus test for foreigners thinking about setting up shop in Chile) against struggling but industrious middle-class free enterprise private businesses in Chile like those in Salar Maricunga?
