One more time. Do you understand the difference between the Commissioners appointed by the President and confirmed by Congress and the lawyers, geologists and accountants that work in Corporate Finance and actually review and pass on the Form 10 registration statement?

The fact that there are new Commissioners appointed by President Trump makes absolutely no difference to NEWC or how its Form 10 will be reviewed. NONE.
