I believe the wine app is just a front. VCPS is a shell company that was set up to do mergers and acquisitions with private and public companies. Their goal is to tank the share price to .0001, load up on cheap shares, then acquire and merge with companies with real products and earnings. In the end the stock price will soar to higher prices......I could be wrong, but this is my opinion.
