If you read this article, you will find out that the application process is lengthy and sounds like it’s a little backed up. As mentioned before, it’s just a matter of time. James Pakulis already filed new businesses in Cali to do business with marijuana. Shares are cheap enough to just buy and sit on them until we get an update.
