Thanks for posting ted. This is really interesting. uBid using doing a APO and will become uBid Holdings Inc. as a public company.

For those that don't know what a APO is:
"An alternative public offering (APO) is the combination of a reverse merger with a simultaneous private investment of public equity (PIPE). It allows companies an alternative to an initial public offering (IPO) as a means of going public while raising capital."

Here's where gets more interesting:

"Under the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, Incumaker and UBID must close the merger by May 31, 2018. The closing of the transaction is subject to UBID completing one acquisition and having the financing to consummate a second acquisition of target companies and other customary conditions, including approval by the shareholders of both companies."

This is more than just a APO as a few companies potentially are coming together. We will see if nFusz game changing technology plays a part in driving the new company's growth.

If anything, this is a good example of why some deals take a long time. Companies always have 100 things going on at the same time and there is usually a sequential order to the madness.
