Snug, A good point! Everyone should have their BPTH stock in a cash account, NOT MARGIN! Then your BPTH cannot be borrowed.

Has anyone heard of a CEO in a start up with 5 million in the bank and no income paying their CEO 600K in cash? Where is the financial discipline necessary for a company to be successful.
