There is no money coming from anywhere. It is just a few trades that happen when a gullible investors buys a few shares from the masses of investors trying to dump their shares.

There is no underwriter. Toxic financiers are now stuck with their shares, too.
If there were any assets, the financiers might go after the company to try to recover damages from the securities fraud.
