SEC has to do something about them, they are above the law. So imagine a stock at $2 and volume is above ave for this day. MM'S have shorts from $1.75 down to $1, so what do they do? They also have normal postions so they dump their shares, why? Cause they can see all the stop losses, sell #'s. They get a sell off started than the stop losses trigger, BAM !!!!!!!! They make bank, so than they dilute and get back in at lows than wait in dark shadows to do it again.
