Well... go figure...nothing has been posted on the bankrubtcy file for over 6 months and the creditors have not been paid, but awarded monies...Monbat has not acknowledged in any detail about the acquisition monies and Enersys remains silent as much as the leftover principles and lawyers for Verdant. Lithium Technology Corp. is still a company protected by bankrubtcy laws. The only other fact remaining is there are 1.5 billion shares held by insiders, 700 hundred million by others and we are trading at most a couple hundred thousand shares a day these days... Go figure!!
