I would guess they had somebody in mind when they asked the bank for the credit line, although it replaced an existing facility. Still might take several months to approach a seller and hammer out a deal.

Mgmt does seem to have done a decent job here. Tough for a microcap to consistently earn profits when things don't go exactly as they had planned.

I don't have any cash so won't be buying anytime soon but will keep watching. Good luck.
