If VCPS can secure an “injection of cash/financing” the could do a reverse split to position the Company for a potential up-listing. That means that after the reverse split, the goal would be for the price not to drop in order to stay compliant with the next tier up. That would be the only pair one outcome here, unless they have some secret other plan to get millions of dollars to fund their operation.

Just speaking what I believe is the truth.
