Yes, anyone who could possibly call this whole thing a sham must have an ulterior motive. We are scared of a company with no assets or financial resources who is apparently set to:

1. launch a crypto-currency (how is that coming along, btw?);
2. roll out a massive rural crypto-farm/greenhouse heating operation with a laughably simplistic 50/50 revenue sharing model to fund it;
3. start up a competitive wireless carrier;
4. operate a brick and mortar telecom.

Get real folks. If I had any competitive motives here I would be laughing my ass off as opposed to getting nervous.
