They are essentially reverse merging into WSHE. Jake George is the guru on MJ. He wrote the laws that every state uses as a template now. They are expanding their operations into California, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon and recently acquired over a million square feet of grow space in Canada. They also partnered with an already existing MJ company in Canada. By 2020 they are expecting revenues exceeding 100m. This is about to explode in a huge way.
