Hey may have created a subsidiary but they haven't notified shareholders in 3 years. You contact the company they don't say nothing the last time they filed anything was a late I notification of late filing 2 years ago. And you email them and you get no response. As I said in my last email to them if they prove me wrong and they they do do something kudos to them however for three years they haven't put out any news. And ignore shareholders like they're nothing
