Additionally, can anyone at Cougar provide evidence of the claims that:

A: Randy had the authorities pursuing him in Madagascar

B: What their drilling “team” was doing with the down time outside of the local disputes (you know, like any kind of formal reports?)

C: Really, any evidence to back up their claims?
