Currently worthless as I see it. Preferred holders have no influence on stock price under current authorized imo.
I'm guessing there is no motivation to benefit commoners via disclosure right now but will likely change. Typical in this arena. Wait for another PR driven 50 mil+ volume day. It's coming imo.
