just means they haven't done curtain criteria for the government, dosen't mean they are a bad company. i found the same thing with another stock i tried to buy. it was Canadian and quickly ran over 1 cent, forget it's name. when i remember i'll let you know.
i phoned in and they said same thing.
oh well, another one got away.
