Because this one had to be filed first before we can move on with the 2017 10-K, which is within reach now. So we can safely assume that they are not going dark.

Also because I think they put the right stuff in there and, when approved, will get us moving towards to the AGM and eventually a dividend policy.

And the 3rd reason is, there was no material change.
