Probably because Moran didn't file full report

I suspect that DEWM is back to being a Limited Info (Yield Sign) company because Moran only filed financial tables for FY2017, and not a report that met the OTCMarkets Basic Disclosure Guidelines, which I believe is required for the annual report.

"Bare Minimum" Marco was able to get away with this for the 3Q/17 filing, but since the annual report requires an attorney letter to be submitted that uses information that would be in the Basic Disclosure, he'll have to go back and submit the full written report.
