As for the website for First Prestige, it has been up and running at least since 2016 and early each year thereafter the copyright info gets updates to the current year.
The text on the website has been revised several times over the past three years. I have also been told on several occasions to expect updated financials but they never arrive.
The dot-connection to areproperties seems thin, but I am pretty convinced the connection to Edwards is solid.
This is a very long-game strategy being played out here. Most folks would not make the effort to research or to follow it, but the Chinese are very longterm thinkers, not like North Americans. For the patient I find there are likely going to be some jawdropping moments before 2020 and I intend to be part of it, and long after.
When it does make a big noise, I suspect there will not be many shares available at all even though they have board approval to issue plenty of them. This helps to keep thing small and quiet along the way as the strategy comes in to focus. In order to provide excellent returns for a few longterm investors, outstanding shares must stay very low.
