SOM: hola, I have been giving the December 21 discussion some more thought click here and I must say I am quite impressed with your wonderful interior decorating here along with what you have done so far on the old ranch outside.
NewCo-JV: gracias, Senor Julio. We do try to keep the old ranch looking fit plus we've just recently installed a very high speed WI-Fi connection here in Maricunga which we hope to use to begin streaming watchful entertaining 24/7 videos (aimed straight at the boring/routine construction work going on outside) to update our physical status to our shareholders soon over a few of these cheap $100 video security cameras. It will now cost us pennies to keep our shareholders nicely up to date with these video streams, and it is the least we can do for them for having rode out all our sheet with us through thick & thin so far.
SOM: Sooooo tell me... I am wondering... are you boys in need of a few attaboys', some job-well-done pats on the back and maybe several extra million for the war chest to help win your lawsuit against our mutual enemy Goliath? You must know that an enemy of my enemy is my friend.
NewCo-JV:: Hmmmm… well in that case then do come inside Senor SOM and make yourself at home. Would you like a shot of tequila or maybe a glass of some Macallan 25-year old scotch? And would you like a dash of caviar on some of our Maricunga freshly homemade Doritos?
