Exact counts:
1) 10 US patents (8 of them are Dr Patterson’s with a dual assignees, UPenn and Advaxis);
2) 26 US patent applications;
3) 31 European patents
So, many more in EU than here. The numbers are impressive but as a Walmart greeter I have seen much higher numbers of patents for the pre-revenue companies of the size of Advaxis . Also, keep in mind some patents are 10 years and older. Their expiration date is approaching.
