The building looks great - I will actually be given a tour inside in a couple of weeks. There is a few permits in the works that should be approved before the end of the month and then everything will take off. There is one pesky obstacle (like there is in every community project) that is slowing the process (but nothing major) and will be taken care of soon. Then the fun begins. While I'm there, i will ask about Ohio.
