When you say here Do you meana t 0.14 stock price? or just a market maker. As long as it is not convertible debt i'm not worried. Which i'm 99.9% sure its not.

Don't they have to file a form 4 if it is insiders buying? The ceo bought 30,000 shares @.125 on MArch 16th and they released a statement 3 days later on the 19th. IF this is the same buyer they would have to be listed as a Majority Stockholder by now on their Website
