And they REPORTED NOTHING, it is a good
bet that they actually DID NOTHING ! ! ! !

Are they merely :

INCOMPETENT ?

Or are they :

Imbeciles, Idiots, Ignorant, Intellectually challenged ?

IT COULD BE THAT THEY HAD RESULTS, and
CHOSE TO WITH-HOLD THE RESULTS FROM
ALL BUT FAVORED STOCKHOLDERS ? .. For
example, BlackBridge. .. But that would be lying,
a lie of omission !

Not to mention A FLAGRANT VIOLATION of S.E.C.
Regulation F.D. and S.E.C. Regulation 8-K ! ! !

SO WHICH IS IT, are they (i) Incompetent ?

Or (ii) are they Imbeciles and Idiots ( there is a difference
between being Incompetent and being an Imbecile) ?


Or (iii) are they LYING, . by design, . a LIE OF O-
MISSION,breaking faith with RETAIL INVESTORS,
and fully CONTRAVENING S.E.C. Regs 8K and FD ?


OR (iv) WAS THE 06/30/2015 ANNOUNCEMENT A FRAUD ! ? ! ? !


BE CLEAR, IT WILL BE 3 YEARS on 06/30/2018,
and IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE NO RESULTS
and NOT REPORT THEM ! ! ! ! !

REPORT THE RESULTS ! ! ! ! !

NO BULK SAMPLE TESTS HAVE RESULTS THAT

Is it (i) Incompetence or (ii) Imbecilic expected
behavior, or (iii) Lying or (iv) Fraud ? . I think it is
FRAUD, but I am not 100% certain, yet. . These are
FAIR QUESTIONS to ask of the so-called Pershing
Managers, and Directors also.
