assuming this is the same buyer they have around 3 million shares @.014 for $420,000 worth of stock. I mean honestly once this Buyer is done loading. He can easily move the price with the money this buyer has on their own by buying at the ask from retail. manipulating the price to their benifit. It would only probably take $100,000 of buying power to move this into the .20s
