PTN did what it usually does...runs prior to news and then dumps on actual event. They truly need to get some better internal controls so events stop leaking from the company. The are Congress' verion in the drug world. Can not keep something contained and ensure the public is informed all at once. Insiders always move on this prior to news and then dump on retail when it is released...I learned many years ago this little secret and trade accordingly now..
