or maybe it's this. perhaps i am reading this wrong but completion date for the nhi study now end of 2019? if true, no wonder the stock is tanking. they will need to dilute and it will be at low prices. 52 week lows coming. i don;t see any catalyst that will move shares higher in order to limit dilution especially when patent news and fast track news does nothing
