Intrexon has zero interest in Halozyme. His other directorships relate to Intrexons holdings. He will stay as a holder in Halozyme until their eventual sale. He probably is happy with the current state of affairs at Halozyme and figures it’s time to move on and leave his seat to a more strategic board member. That is my take on this.
Law firm investigation is typical Lawyer BS. Has no effect on stock price. I think stock price decline is market related but may have been larger due to Biosimilar approval.
