The fact that after a lot of unusual trading and rumors of the old shell owner that had shares of TMXN the he hid in another company and was able to sell into the market this was confirmed by IR and the latest share structure info was released before we learned of this issue. We were told that it added about 15M shares to the float but estimates don't mean much in matters likes these. I've had no luck whatever in getting an update on the share structure from the transfer agent, the company, and IR. I don't know how else to obtain this info (it's outdated on the otcmarked website, at least last time I looked - I stopped checking daily but doubt it's up, would be happy to edit or delete this post after finding out it's up.

Anyway, imo it's very important that we are aware of the current Shaw structure, event if it's just the float that increased - we should know exactly by how much no? And especially if the O/S increased because how else can we accurately value this co?

Just imo - hope I'm wrong but I like to be honest with my position because being a pure cheerleader has burned me in the past in the OTC world.
