Probably want to wait for their Answer to be filed to see what they really say. Complaint can be amended as well. In fact, per the news story, I was surprised to see the Complaint so broad about DRC conditions affecting state of mine and company as relayed to shareholders, and not specifics like apparent planned second reorganization suggestive of mngt’s intent to defraud and mislead shareholders upon first Recapitalization where also yet more loans were taken right after, shares reversed, etc.
