My guess would be that last week or so it started and something was converting. BMIC jumped on it hard and ate shares for a long time at .02 and early this week and then otcx was active today. Maybe old shareholders got impatient and sold for loses to add to enhance the selling pressure? I think the next couple weeks will tell us more. Just my opinion.
