Agreed sir HAON can only purchase 25% of the 4 week ADTV so this buyback figure of 2 billion shares is non sense and has been adjusted since January. The only proof I need that the buyback is not working according to plan is the share structure updates that are posted to OTC markets.

Lastly, how can they afford to buyback when 2 acquisitions and an expansion of HOPP production to Mexico is in order?

Hint: They can't.
