IMHO the NOLS CAN AND WILL BE USED IN THE FIRST SAY YEAR ATER MERGER.

Then even if after WMB GOES POOOF GHONDI and the NOLS would/might be LOST because of a CIC, then guess what THEY ALREADY BE POOF GHONDI!!

These guys have had 10 yrs to finger this stuff out people,they aint gonna mess it up again..................

And I am now leaning along the lines of IF IF IF or when the swap for value takes place, it MAY VERY WELL be that it takes place after the fact, so as not o draw any more ambulance chasers into the frey!
