As usual, they miss deadlines. Not too surprised about that. Overall though, I was encouraged that they released where they stand with the truck. It seems like there will be quite a few different interested parties at the demonstration. Also, their initial production schedule is calling for 25 trucks so that should bring a sizable down payment. Again, this is all based on the demonstration happening, going well and Mexican Union pulling the trigger on their first order of many to get to the 259 units. As for dilution, I wouldn't be surprised at that as well. I hope there is a press release that describes the funding that is in place that will help in fulfilling the expected orders. Still not sure how that one is working. Hopefully, not convertible debt issuance. Still blame previous president for capital structure mess.
