You got that right. There's no way MM's can manipulate a stock this bad without a little help from their friends. That's why there is very little new interest here. I've never seen a stock that puts out so many PR's only to have the pps keep falling. If the MM's were doing it on their own, management/owners would be furious, but not here. As far as uplisting goes, what has it done for $SING other than have the pps there drop by 30% since they uplisted in February. Also no direct communication between management and shareholders. So I'm sure the company has a plan. We just don't know what it is. Hopefully it's for shareholder's benefit also. jmo.
