If there really is a "new" CEO the odds are good. GRLT needs more shares to cover the toxic notes. The RS very likely would not affect the AS. By RS'ing just the OS it would effectively increase the AS. An RS would of course screw current shareholders, but "new" CEO's generally don't really give a shit.

If no RS, then for sure an increase of the AS. It is currently 4 billion, and by the way, the Grillit business license is in default.
