Hmm Well, It is old outdated news that no longer is the case as two of the dam's have been taken off the table and replaced with other renewable projects. To also include options on two other shovel ready projects. Also the name 3-power energy has been changed to 3powershala.. it appears Bloomberg just updated the old overview of what was the original project (Shala cascade) of what was once 3-power energy.
