You can Buy/Sell the empty ticker, but there's no company behind it, so it has no intrinsic value. it's just a ticker.

Unlike stock in an existing company that has value based on it's assets, business, or at least potential, future business prospects.

Since AmeriResource no longer exists, you do not own shares in a company.

You're basically buying-selling the 5 letters A,R,I,O,Q.

If people want to buy-sell 5 letters of the alphabet, they can.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
