I honestly don't yet see the grounds for a "de-list", unless Ault would be accused of malfeasance. The company appears to be doing timely reporting, which should keep the SEC at bay. The regulators' suspension actions against those touting forays into cryptocurrency could possibly come into play, but the company is "reportedly" spending money to pursue these initiatives, not just "touting" the initiatives. We will know more when the Q1 SEC financial report is filed, but that won't be for a couple of months!
