I love how they have the word ‘merger’ up in the banner on their Twitter account. That is basically verifiable proof it will be attempted because if that is a lie, they would go down huge in SEC violations.

Notice how I said attempted, it is not proof that the merger will actually happen but they will certainly try. Beginning stages.

I wish they would just do the merger and not release news about it every step.
