Was the SEC following the rules when the demanded the Hard Drive they gave to Treaty to be returned because it had information on it that Treaty should not have seen ?
The same thing they do for all other defendants except this is the first time they demanded it back ?
Is the SEC being fair threatening Henry Klein with Sanctions for defending his clients?
It is apparent he has violated no rules or ethics cuz after three years he still hasn't been sanctioned ...
Any idea folks when that Guaranteed Revocation is coming.
