There will never be a reverse merger, as the shares have been cancelled. They represent nothing.

And ARIOQ are NOT private. They have been cancelled as confirmed by a US Bankruptcy Court.

Instead, all new shares were issued to the old secured debtor. They now own 100% of AmeriResource.

ARIOQ shareholders own nothing. Except worthless paper.
