Even achieving an international certificate for ISO 9001:2008 in excellence quality manufacturing.It would seem that with a competent manufacturing partner, it is not only possible to produce, but with exceptional quality.

In Golden, Colorado, the Nanostructured Metals Manufacturing Testbed (NMMT) is rated to step 8 of 9 possible for MRL ( manufacturing readiness level ) Step 8 is procuction qualified. And this is Carpenter's equipment in the hands of Terry Lowe and some grad students.
