'Vultures' are reportedly picking apart Marvel icon Stan Lee's millions — here's everything we know about the bizarre situation

Family friend Keya Morgan told INSIDER that things are getting better.

TMZ published another report in January stating that Lee was missing money in the amount of about $850,000 that was used to purchase a condo in West Hollywood. Litvak confirmed to the Daily Beast that Olivarez did purchase the condo.

Morgan confirmed to INSIDER and The Daily Beast about the missing millions and said he was the one that took Lee to report the first check. He provided a police report number that was confirmed by the Beverly Hills PD. He also confirmed that he discovered the condo purchase.

TMZ reported cops were called to Lee's property in February for a disturbance. Mac "Max" Anderson, Lee's former bodyguard, allegedly would not leave the property and threatened Lee and his daughter. Anderson is a convicted felon who served time for domestic abuse.

Morgan said he was the one that called police to remove Anderson. INSIDER was not able to reach Anderson to ask about the alleged incident.
