Well, Patrick has the fraud issue to deal with the SEC. The SEC investigation may take years before charges are levied. No wonder CHIT is so worried. They got caught with bogus valuations to try to hype their ailing stock. 3 tickers got nabbed by the SEC.

He is not moving foreword.....may need to check why the deals may all be moot, now that the SEC is involved and all three tickers are permanently dumped to the grey market.
