Yes it is and I think that is GE's strategy. There has been very little coverage getting out to retail about the improving quarterly financials, share buyback or the spinoff. GE can quietly buy back shares at near a 50% discount to NAV at these prices, then there will only be about 20 million shares trading which most are probably held by MMs. A pr push to bring in retail sends this flying up. Does he start it before his 4-2 share lockup agreement expires though?
