Hello I've been there and done that. The company is working on coming back but the only thing that keeps holding them back which is also why they never were able to execute anything in the past 3 years is because they have absolutely no funds. No funds to clean the filings. They are maxed out on the A/S and have nothing to offer but preferred shares.

The Saudis were good for nothing. They hold some 50% of the A/S and forgot about this one for now. They are only interested in the company after it comes back and makes any sort of good impression. Being that they hold 50% the company cannot authorize an increase in A/S.

The last resort is reverse merging. No sign of any takers yet. It needs to be energy based. Management is open to even sit aside while someone else takes over so long as it means the company will be trading again. It takes some $60K to get this going again on the pinks at least.
