Do you even know how reverse mergers work?

OS will be just over 300k

That might be so. BUT, that is because when a deal is done with a company on a reverse merger they can issue 30 million new shares and make the old shareholders 1% owners of the new business (or issue 60 million and make them .005% holders -- you get the idea)
