I'm very uncertain about this whole thing so do the DD yourselves but lets say reverse merger and $20 million revenue with the parent company brings even only $5 million a year profit out of that revenue with a conservative P/E of 10? I'm not sure what the P/E of OTCs are usually, but $5 million a year divided by 25,000,000 shares roughly is $.20 EPS then multiply by the PE multiple of 10 so:

P/E=Market value per share/Earnings per share

10=?/$.20

10 x $.20= $2 a share? Am I doing something wrong? lol

Market Cap would be $50 million though does that seem too high?
